ART REQUIREMENTS
Please submit your artwork in the following format in order to maintain
standard production time with no additional art fees. Any other format
will be evaluated and additional time and/or fees may apply.
Acceptable file formats
Adobe®
Illustrator®
.ai
or .eps files
300 dpi or higher Acceptable media CD-ROM disk, 3.5” Floppy, ZIP disk, email (sales@promotekinc.com). Please be sure that the PO # and distributor company name are in the subject line.
All colors in the file must be specified using either known library
(e.g. Pantone®)
or standard colors published in this catalog. Colors printed on product
may or may not match colors assigned in file (e.g. black and white art
used for color imprint).
ORDERS

Orders are accepted via email, fax or hard copy delivery only. No Phone
orders will be accepted. All artwork, trademarks and designs displayed on products in this catalog are used only as examples of type and quality of imprinting available. They are not intended as a representation of the products, endorsement of the products or in any way associated with the owners of the artwork, designs or trademarks.
PMS COLOR MATCH
PMS color matching is available for $25.00 (G) per color per order and
is only available when printed on a white background. Exact color match
cannot be guaranteed.
PRODUCTION TIME
Standard production time is 7 business days unless otherwise specified.
Production time begins the day after your order is considered
“Production Ready.” For your order to be considered “Production Ready,”
it must include the following:
Artwork PMS color
Ad copy layout Ship method
Typestyle & size Ship to address
Art
(method sent)
Proof approval
(if requested)
Item description Purchase order #
Phone number Quantity/Price
Fax number Color of item
Special instructions
PAPER PROOFS
Paper proofs will be provided at no charge when supplied art requires
changes. All other requests for faxed paper proofs or emailed color
proofs will result in a $15.00 (G) charge. The order will be considered
“Production Ready” when approval is received.
REORDERS
Please specify your previous PO number and submit a copy of the artwork
for reference when reordering. Any changes, no matter how minor, will
not be considered a reorder and will be subject to a new set up fee.
Artwork will be kept on file for 24 months.
RETURNS A written return authorization must accompany any returned merchandise. Any box sent back without this will be returned to sender at the sender’s expense. Please contact the factory to obtain a return authorization.
SHIPPING Freight charges will be added to the invoice unless otherwise requested.
SAMPLES
Pre-production
$20.00 (G) plus set up fee, item cost and any applicable running charge.

Warranty
All items in catalog quantities come with a 90-day satisfaction
guarantee. Should you not be satisfied with the product, for any reason,
please contact the factory for a return authorization number. A refund
for the product price will be given for all prior authorized returned
merchandise.
